U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Indiana City: Logansport Delineated Area: City limits Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,882 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF) 3,117 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Government Vehicle Parking Spaces: One (1) Gov Vehicle Reserved Visitor/Customer Parking Spaces: Three (3) Visitor/customer Parking Non-Reserved Employee Parking Spacing (located on-site or within 300 feet of premises): Four (4) employee parking spaces at no additional cost to the Government. Parking can be located on the premises or within 300 feet from the premises and does not have to be reserved. Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years firm Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part Additional Requirements: A fully serviced lease is required. The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building or a building to be constructed for the governments use. The space offered, its location, and its surrounding areas must be compatible with the Governments intended use. First floor space is preferred, shall be contiguous within the building, meeting accessibility requirements in the lease. If spaced is above the first or ground floor the space must have at lease 1 elevator meeting accessibility requirements of the lease. Subleases are not acceptable Space must be in a professional office setting. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year)/ .2-percent annual chance (formally 500-years year flood plain.
