N1 Public Affairs Officer (PAO) Directorate. PAO advised the Commander on public affairs matters, providing public affairs guidance and direction in the command's area of responsibility (AOR), and keeping the general public, as well as persons within the naval establishment, informed of Navy and fleet activities. The anticipated contract type is a Firm, Fixed-Price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, and the product service code (PSC) is R799 Management Advisory Services. Again, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a market research tool. The input provided will help the Navy ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of potential businesses both small and large.
