Purpose The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), and other small businesses, capable of providing the item(s) described below that are domestically and non-domestically manufactured. The system must store both medications and related supplies, support anesthesia-specific clinical workflows, and meet stringent security, chain-of-custody, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to controlled substance management in a perioperative setting. 3.
