DESCRIPTION: The DOI ¿ NPS Team is seeking qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide Brooks Act, professional-engineering services for Survey and Mapping services for a stand-alone Contract for a project to complete Boundary Survey services of NPS tract 101-03 at Honouliuli National Historical Site in Honolulu County, Hawaii. This project will involve survey research of tract 101-03, locating and evaluating field evidence required to establish boundaries, deed interpretation, and establishing property corners for a metes and bounds parcel. The subject parcel is Lot 19957 as shown on Land Court Application No. 1069, Map 1676 (NPS tract 101-03, see plan of survey diagram). This parcel is contained within the NPS legislative boundary, which is defined by a description in an easement shown as Easement 10899 on Land Court Application No. 1069, Map 1587. The property needs a boundary survey. Most of the parcel boundaries have not been surveyed and need to be monumented and have the boundary marked. The lines of ownership will be monumented and marked and portions of the legislative boundary not coincident with the line of ownership will be shown on the survey plat. A land survey plat will be prepared and recorded in the records of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) - Land Survey Division. per State of Hawai¿i requirements. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Work performed under this contract must be performed by individuals licensed or certified in Hawai'i. Therefore firms, either on their own or in combination with subcontractors, provided compliance with the limitation on subcontracting is met, must have or be eligible to acquire professional qualifications, including licenses and certifications, in any of the required disciplines in Hawai'i identified above as necessary for the completion of this contract within 270 days of being notified of award.
