REGULATORY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE** * **TÜV Testing:** The Contractor is responsible for performing, coordinating, and funding all mandatory periodic Technischer Überwachungsverein (TÜV) / TUEA safety testing and certifications on the bulk storage tank in accordance with German safety regulations (*Betriebssicherheitsverordnung*). * **Language:** Delivery drivers shall possess sufficient operational English to navigate installation access procedures and follow safety protocols and emergency instructions. Additional English speaking POC or Dispatcher is required during delivery process. **4.
