The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBA seeks potential business sources to perform Fuel Operations, Support Operations, and Management and Administration pertaining to the receipt, storage and handling, and issue services for capitalized fuel products Aviation Turbine Fuel (JP8); Regular Unleaded Gasoline (MUR); Mid-Grade Unleaded Gasoline (MUM); Jet Propellant (JPTS); Fuel Oil Burner (FJ 1/3); Retail Diesel or any additional product designated by the Contracting Officer at Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel facilities in Alaska. This includes services for the operation, maintenance, security, and environmental protection of Government aviation and ground fuel facilities at: Eielson & Elmendorf AB, Alaska. Firms will be expected to maintain product quality and accountability at these GOCO facilities. Interested firms should be able to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products. This procurement will be unrestricted under NAICS code 493190 (Other Warehouse and Storage) with a size standard of $36.5 million. The Government anticipates issuing one solicitation and awarding two (2) firm fixed-price contracts; 1). Eielson AB, Alaska, with a four-year base period of performance beginning on August 01, 2027, through July 31, 2031, with one five-year option from August 01, 2031, through July 31, 2036, and an option to extend the contract for a total of no more than six months from August 01, 2036, through January 31, 2037. 2). Elmendorf AB, Alaska, with a four-year base period of performance beginning on September 05, 2027, through September 04, 2031, with one five-year option from September 05, 2031, through September 04, 2036, and an option to extend the contract for a total of no more than six months from September 05, 2036, through March 04, 2037. Contracts awarded are subject to FAR 52.222-41 and Service Contract Act of 1965. Responses are limited to not more than 5 pages. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
