Audiology and Speech Pathology has a requirement for one TIMS 200 SP for the La Jolla Clinic. BACKGROUND: The VA San Diego Audiology and Speech Pathology Service has a requirement for a TIMS 2000 SP. PURPOSE: The TIMS 2000 System is a PC based video recording device that connects to any fluoroscope. TIMS records high-resolution / high-frame rate video with synchronized audio, and automatically converts the study to DICOM format for archival to any PACS or VNA. SCOPE: VA San Diego Audiology and Speech Pathology Service is requesting contractors to provide brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceed the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the needs of the department.
