This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 15BBR026Q00000032 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read through its entirety. This solicitation is for the MDC BROOKLYN FY27 MILK REQUIREMENT. For a list, descriptions, and total quantities of all items, refer to the attached documents. The NAICS for this requirement is 311511. TERMS OF DELIVERY ARE F.O.B. DESTINATION TO: MDC Brooklyn 80 29th Street Brooklyn NY, 11232 The MDC Brooklyn Food Service Department will place orders that must be delivered starting October 0 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027, unless otherwise specified on product specification section. MDC Brooklyn will receive deliveries each Monday and Thursday of each week in case of emergency addition orders will be place. The estimated total for delivery each Monday is 8,400 each. The estimated delivery for each Thursday is 11,200 each. Deliveries must be made each Monday and Thursday between 7:00AM and 9:00AM , with the exception of Federal holidays. Alternate arrangements for deliveries which fall on Federal holidays will be as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Upon Award, the Food Service Department must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. ***Please read all attachments in it's entirety for Delivery Schedules*** *Vendor(s) who submit a quote concur that the delivery date can be met. * *If awarded, the items must be delivered with an invoice. * Evaluation factors are price and past performance. Best value determination method will be used to make awards. Quoter(s) are advised the government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote is conforming to the solicitation. Do not change case counts, unless specified, or your quote will not be considered. Do not provide a Unit Price past the 4th decimal point for your quote or that line item will not be considered. All quotes must be clear. The Government reserves the right upon inspection to reject items if they are damaged or not to the specifications as listed in the solicitation. All certified religious diet items must be marked "kosher parve" or “certified halal” on the package or the product will be refused. All certified religious diet items offered in the resulting contract must be certified by an accepted Orthodox Kosher certification agency from the United States or Canada and documentation confirming certification must be provided.
