The requirement includes providing two new vertical cardboard balers , performing turnkey installation , and disconnecting, de‑anchoring, rigging, and hauling away two existing Vestil balers . All items shall be new, commercial‑grade, and compliant with the specifications and salient characteristics identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
