DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to perform a comprehensive tank cleaning, confined space entry, and certified STI-SP001 internal and external inspection of the existing aboveground fuel storage tank located at USCG Station Neah Bay, WA. Air Station Port Angeles maintains a remote 2,000-gallon aboveground Jet-A fuel storage tank and associated pump/filter filtration system located at USCG Station Neah Bay, WA. To ensure continuous mission readiness, environmental compliance, and structural integrity, this critical fueling infrastructure must undergo mandatory cleaning and comprehensive inspection.
