Additionally, please confirm whether the awarded contractor will be required to furnish replacement dumpsters at contract start or may continue utilizing existing dumpsters if available. Dumpsters are Incumbent- owned/ leased, both are 6 yards. They are currently from Waste Pro. Please provide the actual mowable acreage and approximate linear feet of fencing requiring vegetation control at each Palm Avenue location. Both Locations are approximately .5 acres. The Office has 550' fence line clearing. The shop is 450' fence line clearing. Please provide an approximate square-footage breakdown by flooring type (carpet, tile/VCT, concrete, etc.) for the custodial areas. Main office VCT 770 Sq ft, carpet 2,465 Sq ft, concrete interior 450 sq ft. Shop interior VCT 460 sq ft, concrete 150 sq ft. The Government has confirmed that the Project Manager and Quality Control Officer may be the same qualified individual. Please clarify whether this individual is required to be physically present on-site or whether the Government's expectation is that the individual be available on call during the hours identified in Section 1.6.11. Additionally, if one individual performs both functions, should offerors assume the combined estimated level of effort of 16 hours per week reflected in Technical Exhibit 3?
