Statement of Work (SOW) Special Studies for USCG Expert Seakeeping, Structural Analysis, and Air Ship Integration Support 1. Introduction The US Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Engineering Services Division (ESD) supports the fleet in seakeeping and structural analyses requiring risk-based assessments to support engineering, operational and maintenance decisions. The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide consulting and historical knowledge transfer to SFLC naval architects on previously developed USCG risk-based seakeeping methodologies, Hull Structural Monitoring System (HSMS) fleet data-processing models, and USCG Air-Ship Integration and Aviation Certification (AVCERT) processes.
