June 23, 2026 Post Award Synopsis The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, announces the award of Purchase Order 15B30626P00000094 under Solicitation 15B30626Q0000021 for Food Items (Milk). The contract has been awarded to Vaqueria Tres Monjitas. for a total amount of $76,800.00. The procurement was conducted under NAICS 311511, utilizing a Firm-Fixed Price contract structure. This acquisition was solicited on an unrestricted basis, and all responsible sources were permitted to submit a quote. In accordance with FAR 4.1102, all offerors were required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Award was made to the offeror whose quote represented the best value to the Government, considering price and past performance. The Government reserved the right to award by item, group, or in aggregate, and exercised this authority in determining the final awardee.
