• •The 374th Contracting Squadron seeks to engage an eligible contractor for upgrading the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan, using personnel, equipment, tools, and services necessary for installation and training of BDOC upgrade materials.
• •To be eligible, contractors must register in System for Award Management (SAM) while noting they are active.
• •Note: Due to the specific requirement about language regarding delivery and performance only to Japan, with no mention of deadlines for the delivery process or local implementation beyond the contracted location

• •The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo is procuring a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) for ship maintenance.

• •Phase 1A of the Norfolk CSRM Program requires the extension of a new construction bin wall from the Berkley Bridge to the Campostella off-ramp.
• •The acquisition is set as a SATOC Construction Contract under NAICS 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction).
• •Work includes backfilling, H-pile support, living shoreline installation, swing gate closure, vehicle gate crossings, and tieback walls; security access requirements apply.
