For over 35 years, Randy Kinder Excavating, Inc. (RKE) has provided Civil Construction services to federal, state and local governments. Through the years RKE developed the experience necessary to complete a wide variety of construction projects. During this time RKE has never failed to finish a project on time or received a less than positive evaluation. RKE employs seasoned staff that can manage a wide variety of construction projects – horizontal, vertical, civil, commercial, design-bid-build, design-build, etc. Typical projects include site work, excavating, engineered fill, flood control, levees, mechanical dredging (via dragline), slope protection, riprap, paving, utilities, relief wells, concrete, asphalt, roads and bridges, and National Cemetery Expansions.
