Founded in 1987, O'Brien Engineering, Inc. (OEI) provides engineering and architectural services primarily to federal government. Capabilities include civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water resources (surface water) engineering, architecture and interior design, project and program management for vertical and horizontal facilities types nationwide and US territories, with an emphasis on military installation and medical facility design. Customers include Department of War (US Army, USACE, Air Force), Veterans Affairs, Department of Agriculture, Defense Logistics Agency, and more. Delivery/projects: facility condition assessments, planning, CCR, PCR, full design, design bid build, and design build.
